This agreement requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the start date. After the initial term, either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
If Client elects to terminate the agreement prior to the completion of the minimum term, Client agrees to pay either (a) the remaining balance of the contract, or (b) an early termination fee equal to two (2) months of service fees.
All fees paid are non-refundable. Upon termination and payment of all outstanding balances, Agency will transfer applicable account access to Client and remove administrative access within seven (7) business days.
Walker Analytics Ltd reserves the right to suspend services if payment is more than 7 days overdue and terminate the agreement if payment remains outstanding after 14 days.
